Oscar Barcelli teaches foundational to advanced drums at Phil Circle Music Los Angeles in two locations.

Oscar studied music at Berklee School of Music. His experience ranges from Peruvian traditional styles to Afro-Cuban to Jazz and Rock. H'e splayed with many popular names in Latin Music and was part of the house band at the Latin Grammys, where he also presented an award.
